Items and Upgrade Components in World of Warcraft
Upgrading items can be a great way to increase the value of your weapon and armor. However upgrading your magic and standard gear is rarely worth the cost as rare or unusual equipment can quickly surpass it.
An item can be upgraded up to six times. Each upgrade will add points to the gauge for the item's level.
Glyphs

Additionally, you'll have to complete certain quests to acquire the necessary materials. For instance, if you would like to improve your armor, you will require one of the three Power Dices dropped by monsters 21 and over, as well as an amount of Erons and Minerals.
Recycled Items

Items with upgrade components can't be used to create new items.

For instance the suffix -er in English, and German's suffix -ismus. They can even alter the form of words. For example the word defenseless is changed to unprotected.
There are many types of suffixes, from verbs to nouns to adjectives and adjectival terms. Suffixes can alter the meaning or pronunciation of words. Some have rules that are unique to them. Suffixes can also be used to alter the grammatical rules of words, for example, adding -ness to make a word an adjective, or adding -ic to make the noun possessive.
